Can I use my commission earnings to make purchases?
Yes, your wallet balance (including commission earnings) can be used to purchase products on the platform.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Go to the withdrawal section, enter the amount you want to withdraw, select your preferred method (mobile money or bank), and confirm.
What are the withdrawal limits?
Minimum withdrawal is UGX 10,000. Maximum limits depend on your account verification level and transaction history.
Are there withdrawal fees?
Minimal processing fees apply based on withdrawal method and amount. Fees are clearly displayed before you confirm withdrawal.
How long do withdrawals take?
